How to Make an Anti-Inflammatory CBD Breakfast Smoothie

Many people dealing with aches and pains have turned to CBD for natural relief, and this smoothie complements the compound’s inflammation-fighting potential. The tart and creamy drink blends antioxidant-rich berries with known anti-inflammatory foods like cinnamon and turmeric for a dynamic and flavorful breakfast in a glass.  

Ingredients:

  • 10-15 milligrams of Relyf CBD oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 banana 
  • 1.5 cups frozen berries (feel free to mix blueberries, strawberries, and others to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric 
  • 1 small slice of fresh ginger 
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon 
  • 1 dash black pepper 

Directions:

For the ginger, use a vegetable peeler to cut a thin, 1-inch slice from a fresh root. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix on high speed until smooth and consistent. You may add more almond milk if needed. This recipe makes two cups.
