Third, take the online questionnaire so that your results can be paired with proper recommendations based on what sort of relief you are looking for.

How to activate your DNA Kit:

Once you have purchased and received your DNA test kit visit our DNA Activation Page and answer the short questionnaire. These questions help pair your genetic makeup with different ailments you may be suffering from. In tandem, our proprietary algorithm matches your body’s genetic makeup to come up with the perfect recommendation. Our algorithm makes suggestions for anxiety, insomnia, and chronic pain.

What happens to my data after taking the DNA test?

That is entirely up to you. Your data is your business. Our laboratory has a firm “no sell” stance on any user’s data. Meaning we will never sell your data or use it for anything outside of medicinal use.

If you would like you can allow your data to be stored at our laboratory so we can build a database of cannabis-based medicine, diagnostics, and treatments. If not you can always request your data be deleted after you have received your results.

What does a Relyf report look like?
