How to Make a CBD Tea for Sleep

The flowering plants, chamomile, and lavender pair to make a wonderful evening tea, famed for their comforting aromas and sleep-promoting properties. Our mellowing CBD oil complements this duo with its abundance of terpenes, organic compounds that provide a variety of potential benefits. Chamomile and lavender both derive their distinct flavors from their own terpenes, and the dynamic compounds have made them reliable sources for natural relaxation. The subtle, earthy flavor of CBD’s terpenes blends well with their floral notes for a soothing, restful tea. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1-1.5 teaspoon dried chamomile
  • .5 teaspoon dried lavender
  • 10-15 milligrams of Relyf CBD oil 

Directions:

You’ll need a pot for boiling water, as well as a tea infuser to steep the dry ingredients. Bring the water to a boil, then pour it into a warm cup or mug. Fill the infuser with the chamomile and lavender, and let them steep in the water for up to five minutes. Once you have removed the infuser, add the CBD oil. It may float on the surface, but you can stir the tea to blend it evenly. This recipe makes one cup of tea.
